The following are snippets from an older portfolio. The project was a residential, mixed use rehabilitation project. This group project was complete in the spring of 2008. The client’s that we worked with are now in the process of actually rehabbing their property in an effort to assist with the revitalization of OTR (a struggling neighborhood in Cincinnati, OH). Our design featured passive and active systems to create a more efficient home that could literally grow with the client!

The project went over so well that a story was published in the local news and a downtown shop opened up their doors for an entire month to have our model and documents on display to the community!  Many thanks to Park & Vine!

This blog has been a long time in the making. I have created numerous accounts and never really started. Until…one of my wonderful friends got engaged to an amazing guy and invited me to help out (ok so I sort of told her that I was going to help brainstorm!)! At the moment, orange is her color of choice. She isn’t looking for anything bold or obnoxious, just a soft palette that might include pale yellow, blue, or green. Four days in and she made a choice on her gown, has the food type picked out and wants to play RockBand after the ceremony!
